Gregg Bradshaw, CPC Named Chairman of the AIC Constructor Certification Commission

The American Institute of Constructors (AIC) recently named Gregg Bradshaw, CPC as Chairman of its Constructor Certification Commission (CCC) Board of Governors. As Chairman, Bradshaw will oversee the certification portion of the AIC which administers over 2,000 examinations yearly, the Certified Professional Constructor (CPC) and Associate Constructor (AC) levels. 

Gregg Bradshaw currently of Joe D. Hall General Contractors, LLC. of Stillwater, OK previously served in other capacities on the Commission, most recently as the Treasurer. “I am honored to step into the huge shoes left by Roger Liska, who has been a tremendous champion for the AIC Constructor Certification Commission for many years. With his mentorship, I will try and continue the legacy that he and others before him have set in this role. I look forward to working with the AIC Board, AIC CCC Board of Governors, and the AIC CCC Board of Advisors, over the next two years. I also want to thank Norma Anderson and James Hogan for their service to the Board of Governors, and the impact that they have had not only on the Board, but in our Industry during their time on the Board.” Said Bradshaw regarding his appointment as chairman.

The Commission also welcomed Penny Knoll, CPC of Bozeman, MT as the Treasurer and the re-appointment of Rick Lawrence, CPC of Springfield, IL as Vice Chair and James M. Tramel, CPC of Little Rock, AR as Secretary.  In addition, the Commission also welcomed Steven Crawford, CPC of Superior Gunite to the Board of Governors. Each officer will serve a term of two years while the governors will serve a term of four years. Leaving the Board of Governors is Norma Andersen, CPC of Fargo, ND and James Hogan, CPC of Houston, TX.
